Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Removing moisture helps the wings become crispy.
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and baking powder. Mix well.
Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss until coated. Add the seasoning mixture and toss again until the wings are evenly covered.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
Air fry at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
