Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, avocado oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
Drizzle glaze over cooled loaf. Slice and serve.
