Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together oat flour, brewer’s yeast, cocoa powder, sea salt, and baking powder.
In a larger bowl, whisk the eggs, avocado oil, maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips carefully.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
