Ingredients

  • ¾–1 cup unsweetened almond milk or your preferred milk
  • 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder
  • 1 Medjool date optional
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • ½–1 cup ice as needed

Instructions

  • Add the almond milk, protein powder, date, almond butter, vanilla extract, sea salt, and ice to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add a little more milk or ice if needed to get the texture you like.
  • Taste the shake and add another pinch of sea salt or an extra date if you want more sweetness.
  • Pour into a glass and serve right away.

Notes

  • Start with ½ cup of ice and add more if you prefer a thicker shake.
  • Use a protein powder with a flavor you enjoy, as its taste will be noticeable in the finished shake.
  • For a stronger salted caramel flavor, choose a good-quality salted caramel protein powder.
