In a large mixing bowl, add the sausage, almond flour, shredded cheese, egg, and baking powder. Mix everything together until the ingredients are evenly combined.
Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to portion the mixture. Roll it into small balls about 1 inch in size, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden on the outside and fully cooked inside.
